    "I got the blackwood checkered call today and wow, is it a screamer.  It has a great ringing highball and gets down on the low end as well.  It is also extremely well made, needless to say I am very pleased."

"Just got home from So. Dakota, opened my package and Oh my god! You are correct, the checkered call sounds as good as it looks. The acrylics sound great too. My son and I decided to use the acrylics and place the checkered call along side the other calls we have from those we feel were the great call makers from the past. We want you to know we feel you have definitely earned a place in history."

"Just got my call.  I'm so pleased.  It's not only beautiful, but sounds great.  I purchased this call as a collector call.  However after blowing it I feel it must go on my lanyard.  I can't believe how easy it is to blow.  I am sure I will order another.  Thanks again for a great call."
